back to seoul. muggy, soupy 89 degrees. but the cool gentle breeze from
the ocean 800 miles away sounds like a nice afterthought while waiting
for the airport limo bus amongst smokers, Japanese tourists, Chinese
line cutters (and Korean for that matter), and old men with young girls.
as we waited for our room to be ready, there happened to be a coffee bean
and tea leaf downstairs. lets hear it for Global Markets!
nothing like sipping on cold iced coffee after an 11 hour flight, 10 minutes of walking
through customs, 1 hour bus ride and then the room which looks like...
one bedroom with a king bed and bathroom
living room with a bed and a bathroom plus a kitchen and washer and dryer!
yup. the good life!
but not as good as the special for dinner: rice noodles with spicy seafood--soup.
OMG. welcome to korea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
